Ed Miliband is NOT an Ugly Duckling

The Ugly Duckling? Not Ed Miliband
John Humphrys' grilling of Miliband couldn't have made him sound any more nasal. The almost 20minute BBC Radio4 interview this week was as excruciating as having teeth pulled out without local anaesthetic. Ed Miliband never fails to deliver flaccid performances. He is as bland as imported weak tea, unconvincing as an Eskimo at home in sub Saharan Africa and frankly just devoid of any charisma or aura usually accustomed with most leaders. To think of him as a possible Prime Minister is well...nasally irritating.

"Wozza was caught stealing cheese from Tesco. He should have done it more Caerphilly." (Source:Telegraph)
With the new year came the ousting of a celebrity chef thief: Anthony Worral Thompson. His excellent culinary skills have been extended far beyond the kitchen to that of a connoisseur of fine theft. So adept had he become at his new trade he was pictured stealing five times from supermarket giant Tesco. Items included wine, cheese, onions and coleslaw. He was Ready, Stealing and Caught by staff and lucky to receive just a slap on the wrist from police. Whatever happened to Cameron's tougher sentences on criminals?

Michelle Obama is not an Angry Black Woman

Oh Michelle my belle! I guess the words angry black woman sont des mots qui ne vont pas très bien ensemble. This week saw the First Lady give an interview distancing herself from pictures the world is so desperate to paint of any successful black woman; Angry. I wish Michelle had destroyed gossip by ignoring it. She is currently First Lady of the descendants of slave masters so really who is the angry one? I wonder.

Blue blooded Blue Ivy Carter(like literally) makes her entrance.
A not so green Ivy made her much awaited entrance into the world this week amidst international media frenzy. The less than one week old tot has already made history  by becoming the youngest 'un to ever appear on the Billboards after Hov featured her cries in the background to his song release "Glory"; which celebrated her birth. Welcome  Baby Blue and hopefully you will never feel the blues!.

Zeitgeist transition

MsEthnicMinorityUK will be more zeitgeist than celebrity. Mixed with a bit of fashion yet firmly submerged in politicking. The posts will start again from next month as we transition from here unto another hosting site.

The Diane Abbott walk

As previously reported, I am on a travel break hence the abatement in posts. However I took a moment to serve this e- dish for the palatable delight of ardent readers who have been following up the Diane Abbott racist scandal. Here is a video from Sky News showing Di looking rather uncomfortable as she is confronted by an obnoxious journalist. The Shadow Health Minister later does the unfathomable: walks away from a live interview to answer a phone call....and never returns. Watch Diane show us how to do the Abbott walk when faced with awkward questions.
Meanwhile Ed Meanwhile Miliband appeared to retaliate to the Abbott's controversial remarks by tweeting his condolences to Bob Holness, founder of Blackbusters.

Of course he meant to type Blockbusters...it must be difficult being a politician as most times they are saying one thing and then doing or meaning the exact opposite. Appearance vs reality or in this instance inner thoughts vs public thoughts have never been more opposite.
